Vital Saveurs invests in the Ain for developing its business

Assisted by the Ain Economic Mission, this company, which specializes in making reduced products (wines and vegetables) for the food-processing industry, is setting up in the Ain on the Pont-de-Vaux Acti-Parc zone at Boz.

This division of the Bourgogne Alcools company, created in 2005, has decided to invest in a 800m² relay workshop built by the urban district council for the Pont de Vaux canton.

For vegetables, Vital Saveurs uses a unique process developed in-house, which reproduces kitchen conditions (cooking, browning, reducing, etc) and keeps all the product's quality and savour. "Thanks to this process, we can formulate cooking preparations without any additive or added aroma and guarantee clear simple labelling for the user", explains Michel Giraud, the director of the site.

Vital Saveurs is also leader on the market for reduced red and white wines for the food-processing industry.
